✿ HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?
Your order is produced within 1 to 2 days.

✿ HOW LONG IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIME?
Shipping can take around 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location.

✿ I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
If your item has not arrived within 10 days please get in touch and we will do our best to sort out the problem and work out what is best for you regarding a refund or replacement.

✿ DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS?
Yes! You just have to send us a message through the contact section.

✿ DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
I do not accept returns except for in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
● Custom or personalized order
● Items on sale

✿ WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If your item is damaged in the post, please send us a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement.
